Every repair comes with a real warranty. No fine print designed to get out of it. If something we fixed stops working the way it should, you call us and we make it right.

What voids the warranty
Physical damage after pickup (drops, spills, cracks)
Unauthorized repairs or modifications by another party
Software changes that directly cause the covered issue to return
Damage from power surges, overheating, or environmental causes
Customer-supplied parts that fail independently of our labor
Intentional damage or misuse
Data & backup responsibility
We are not responsible for data loss during repair. Repairs sometimes require reformatting, reinstalling, or replacing storage. We always recommend backing up before any service. We offer a $49 data backup — if you haven’t backed up recently, ask us before we start. Once you pick up your device, data recovery from that point forward is a separate service. We’ll be straight with you about what’s recoverable before we charge you anything.

Bring it back in
Drop off the device at 1350 Galaxy Dr NE, Ste G, Lacey, WA. Have your original receipt or ticket number handy — it speeds things up.

We assess it
We’ll confirm whether the issue falls under warranty coverage. If it does, we fix it at no charge. If something else caused it, we’ll tell you straight.

Fixed and back to you
Covered warranty repairs are prioritized. We’ll get it back to you as fast as possible — same day when we can.
